Default Noob Warrior look for advice

Since this is my first post Ill say hi.

Now on with business. I have a W/MO and before you all groan Im one of those few ppl who actually like playing the tank. Now to start with I was finding GW quite tough but now that Ive upgraded my armor some and finally have some skills i take little to no damage even when fully mobbed by craw.

So what I want to know is what would people recommend me to use for some decent damage output. Currently I can only play in really small burst due to very lousy connection and so I need to be able to make the best use of my time and that means raising my DPS some. This character is there to unlock items for my later PVP char.

Im Currently using:
Lvl 8 W/MO
Ringmail 50al
Gloves, Body and Legs
Ascalon 50al
Boots
Wyvern helm +1 str (use to be tactics but i need more damage output)
10 al shield

I basically run in to a big mob cast symbol of wrath and then spam power attack (Ive found it more useful than mighty blow.) and if they can bleed I alternate it with power attack.

Now what I want to know is what skills can I use in conjuction with power attack to up my dps. My current load out is

1. Osirus of healing (cause I dont have anything better to use)
2. Healing signet
3. Bane Signet
4. Symbol of Wrath
5. Sever Artery
6. Power attack
7. Sprint
8. Res Signet ( again cause I do sometimes group hunt)

Well there ya have it.

So long farewell and oh yeah GW rocks

Healing breeze is better than healing signet.

Replace your helm with whatever weapon type you're using.

Find more skills.

If you're playing solo, then smiting/healing/weapon type will be what you want to boost.

But..........

Missions are going to give you more experience than running around trying to solo things. You'll quickly outlevel your area and then have your leveling slow down greatly until you get to higher level areas. It's really not worth doing anything but progressing through the game and doing skill quests. Solo hunting (until later levels) and quests that are just for experience/items aren't worth doing IMO. If you go through the game quickly, you'll get more experience for your time by fighting higher level monsters throughout it, instead of being stuck doing missions where you get little to none for them, and only getting quest reward experience. The only time you should stop for side quests would be if you feel you're just too low level to get farther with the primary.. but that's unlikely.

Since it sounds like you're trying to progress to get to pvp, that's what I would suggest. That will be the quickest and most efficient way for you to do it.
